Who We Are

 Sheryl John Adkins is a physical therapist with over 20 years of experience, with 14 years of home-health. 

Sheryl has had a wide variety and range of patients she has worked with. She has practiced for many years in the DMV area, including at MEDSTAR and NOVA Home Health.

Sheryl's expertise includes, but is not limited to:

- Vestibular

- Neurological Patients

- Spinal malalignment with muscle energy techniques

- Sports rehab
